I am Nismah, 29 years old, married to Mohammed, 33 years old. I studied management in English. I am speaking to you now from the womb of suffering, from Gaza City, Palestine. My husband holds a postgraduate degree in law and is a doctoral researcher. He worked as a lawyer, human development trainer, certified legal trainer, health and fitness nutrition specialist, and many more qualifications. My husband and I also aspired to be a unique model and establish our own project to help our family in light of the difficult circumstances we are going through. Wars have taken away my loved ones and my family. My brother was martyred, my house was bombed, and my husband became the son of a martyred father, the brother of a martyred sister, the brother of a martyred brother, and his nephews changed his family and are now in the other world. Now, I was living in peace with my family until the war came and took away a lot of us through killing, genocide, displacement, and hunger. I have a beautiful family who are still alive. This is my first experience in campaigning. I hope you will help me to confront hunger and to survive. I want security and stability for myself and my family, and to build a happy and prosperous life for me, my husband, and my children. Help us and protect our children and families from poverty and death. I appreciate your help. I don’t want death for my family.
